Reporting Disruptive Behavior

Reporting disruptive chat messages and player names
You can report disruptive chat messages in all our games. Just tap the chat message and tap ‘Report’.
In some of our games, you can also report disruptive player names. Do this by going to the player’s profile, tapping the disruptive player name, and then tapping ‘Report’.
Thank you for helping us keep Supercell games safe and fair!
How we handle reports
Using a Report button does not automatically issue an account penalty to the reported player. Still, every report is taken seriously. Each one is manually reviewed by our moderators. Due to the number of reports we receive, it takes up to 72 hours for some reports to be reviewed.
Please don't misuse the ability to report others. The more false reports we receive, the longer it will take us to take care of the really urgent ones.
Issuing a false report just to get someone else’s account penalized can also backfire: you might find that your own account is penalized instead! Abusing the report button can also result in an account penalty.
Other disruptions
If you wish to report disruptive behavior that can’t be reported with a button, you can contact us through Help and Support with screenshots and a few details about what's going on.
