Creating a Supercell ID
When you’re ready to create a Supercell ID, a verification code will be sent to the email you provided us. Use this code to sign in and create your Supercell ID. Make sure your email address is not already connected to another Supercell ID, as verification codes cannot be sent to emails that are already connected to a different Supercell ID.
Logging in to Supercell ID
You may be asked to input a verification code when logging in. If you’re having issues receiving verification codes, make sure you are using the same email that you created the Supercell ID with.
To stop Supercell ID from asking you for the verification code every time you log in, be sure to tick the box for "Remember me on this device". The "Remember me on this device" box is located under the field where you enter your email address.
If you are playing with several accounts, we recommend you attach all your game accounts to one Supercell ID for the best experience. This way, you can switch between all of your accounts without entering verification codes.
Check Your Spam Folder!
If you haven't received the verification code, please check your spam folder and double-check that you have no rules set in place that might make these emails end up in a folder. Searching your inbox for “Supercell ID” should help find the email with the verification code.
I Typed the Verification Codes Incorrectly
For security reasons, if you type the Supercell ID verification code incorrectly three times in a row, you won’t be able to receive a new verification code for 24 hours. So hang tight, and try again later!
Only the Most Recent Code Will Work
Please note that for each login and creation, you will be sent a new verification code and only the most recent verification code will work.
Make sure you know which verification code email in your inbox is the most recent one. If you already have several Supercell ID verification codes in your inbox, delete them all and start the login/creation process again in the game.
Unsupported Emails
Some email domains are known to be more vulnerable to security risks than others and are not supported by Supercell ID. If you attempt to create a Supercell ID or change your Supercell ID email to an unsupported email, you will receive a message letting you know that you cannot use that email. If this occurs, please try using another email address for your Supercell ID.
